Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kronavi product, the Kronavi Chrome extension, and the kronavi.comwebsite (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Kronavi is an operations-intelligence platform for GoHighLevel (“GHL”) agencies. It audits, builds, fixes, and optimises workflows, pipelines, automations, and related entities in your GHL account based on natural-language instructions you provide. The Kronavi Chrome extension captures your logged-in GHL session so the Kronavi product can call GHL APIs on your behalf.
Kronavi is currently offered in private beta. The Service may change, break, or be withdrawn while in beta. Features described on the marketing site may not yet be generally available.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Kronavi. Kronavi is intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for every activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@kronavi.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Your GHL account and data
To use Kronavi you must connect it to a GoHighLevel account you are authorized to administer. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant Kronavi access to that account and to the data inside it.
You keep ownership of all data in your GHL account (“Customer Data”). You grant Kronavi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to access, copy, transmit, store, and process Customer Data solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to run audits and, with your approval, apply changes back to your GHL account. This licence ends when you terminate your account, except as strictly necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Approvals and mutations
Kronavi can propose changes to your GHL account. Every change is shown to you as a preview with the specific before/after diff before anything is written. We never write to your GHL account without your explicit approval for that specific change, unless you have explicitly enabled an automation preference that says otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including GoHighLevel’s terms of service).
- Use the Service to send spam, run phishing campaigns, distribute malware, or scrape data that is not yours to scrape.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the Service, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or our providers.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to train an AI model that competes with Kronavi.
6. The Chrome extension
The Kronavi is provided as an operational bridge between your GHL session and the Kronavi product. You agree that:
- The extension runs only on the GHL domains it declares in its manifest.
- You must install it on a browser and device that you control.
- You are responsible for the security of the browser profile on which you install it.
- Captured session material is used solely to authenticate Kronavi to GHL on your behalf.
7. Fees
Pricing will be communicated before the Service leaves beta. During the private beta, pricing may be set on a per-customer basis and invoiced directly. Paid access starts on the date stated in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Beta and feedback
During the beta, features may be incomplete or change without notice. You may report bugs and send feedback. You grant Kronavi a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service. You keep ownership of your feedback.
9. Intellectual property
Kronavi and its licensors own the Service, the brand, the software, and all related intellectual property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data according to the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kronavi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any findings, plans, or mutations produced by the Service will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing proposed changes before approving them. Kronavi is a tool that assists your decisions; it does not replace your judgement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kronavi’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Kronavi for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. Kronavi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, even if advised of the possibility.
13. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kronavi and its affiliates from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) Customer Data, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and notify active customers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
